Enter the signing address when scheduling your appointment. Travel fees are determined by distance and will be confirmed after your request is received. Please review the service fee schedule on the Home Page for notarization costs. Select the type of notarization you need from the service dropdown menu, then complete the intake form on the next page so we can properly prepare for your appointment.
